2. Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (O. B. Ivanchenko) and to Directorate of Science and Technology of the Security Service of Ukraine (O. I. Syrov) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of licensing provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. (O. I. Syrov) to provide to Directorate of Science and Technology of the Security Service of Ukraine the publication of this order in mass media.
