Article 14.2 of the Federal Law of July 31, 1998 No. 155-FZ "About internal sea waters, the territorial sea and contiguous zone of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 31, Art. 3833; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4186; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4146; No. 24, the Art. 4188) to add 2021, with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. Rules of swimming in internal sea waters of the Russian Federation of courts under flags of foreign states, including in the cases specified in article 14.1 of this Federal Law and this article are established by the Government of the Russian Federation taking into account interests of safety and defense capability of the state and ensuring protection and preserving the marine environment.
Vessels under flags of foreign states, performing in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, swimming in internal sea waters, shall observe the legislation of the Russian Federation and the rule of swimming in internal sea waters of the Russian Federation.".
Bring in the Maritime Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 18, Art. 2207; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3534; 2012, No. 18, Art. 2128; No. 31, Art. 4321; 2017, No. 7, Art. 1029; 2018, No. 1, Art. 44; No. 53, Art. 8451; 2020, No. 29, Art. 4515; 2021, No. 17, Art. 2880; No. 22, Art. 3677) following changes:
1) in Item 6 of Article 5.1:
