About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather National military memorial cemetery

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, of Art. 170 with subsequent changes) to state the subitem 11 of the Item "and" of article 30 of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:

"11) ensuring content in proper condition cemeteries, other places of burial and their protection, except cases, the stipulated in Article 23-1 Law of Ukraine "About burial and funeral case".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About burial and funeral case" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 7, Art. 47 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 2:

the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the place of honourable burial - the specially allotted parcel of land in the territory of the cemetery or beyond its limits, intended for the organization of honourable burials, and also the National military memorial cemetery";

after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The national military memorial cemetery - the volume and space object placed on the specially allotted parcel of land including the military cemetery, museum complex, the ritual building and other necessary constructions for the organization of honourable burials of the died (died) persons which protected independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine was provided by execution of service duties and oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the sixth - to consider the twenty first respectively paragraphs the seventh - the twenty second;

Items 1 and 2 of part five of Article 8 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1) resolve according to the law issue of withdrawal of the parcels of land for the organization of places of burial, except cases, the stipulated in Article 23-1 this Law;
