About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the State Customs Service of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make change to item 4 of the Regulations on the State Customs Service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2019 No. 227 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 26, of the Art. 900), having added with its subitem 37-1 of the following content:
"37-1) carries out within competence the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on application, cancellation and modification of the special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) against legal entities and/or physical persons taken and enacted according to the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions";".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
