About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) such changes:
1. Third of Article 29 to add part with Item 13-10 of the following content:
"13-10) administrative collection for state registration in the field of town-planning activities (except the part of administrative collection determined by part one Item 36-4 of Article 64 of this Code), and also part of payment for state registration in the field of town-planning activities, are performed by the state registrars - notaries in the procedure determined by the law".
2. The fourth Article 30 to add part with Item 6-3 of the following content:
"6-3) ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of construction (at the expense of the sources determined by Item 13-10 of part three of article 29 of this Code)".
3. To add part one of Article 64 with Item 36-4 of the following content:
"36-4) 70 percent of administrative collection for state registration in the field of the town-planning activities performed by executive bodies of village, settlement, city councils, district public administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol which is enlisted in budgets of local self-government for the place of provision of services".
4. 23 parts one of Article 66 to state Item in the following edition:
"23) payment for state registration (except administrative collection for carrying out state registration of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming, administrative collection for state registration in the field of town-planning activities) which is enlisted in the budget of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and regional budgets".
