About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning implementation of functions of technical regulation in the field of agro-industrial complex and mechanical engineering for agro-industrial complex

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About system of engineering facilities of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 47, Art. 464 with subsequent changes):

Part one of Article 1 to add 1) with Items 8 - 10 following contents:

"8) approval of type - the procedure determined by the technical regulation as a result of which it is documented that agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors, their trail cars and the replaceable trailing equipment to them (further - agricultural and forestry and landscape vehicles), systems, components and separate technical nodes (further - their components) conform to requirements of technical regulations;

9) body of approval of type - the authorized company (organization, the organization) performing approval of type and other actions determined by the legislation connected with it;

10) technical service - the company (organization, the organization) accredited in the procedure established by the legislation which performs testing and check of agricultural and forestry and landscape vehicles, their components, estimation and verification of procedures of their production";

3) in part two of Article 3 of the word "their use" shall be replaced with words "their estimates and confirmations of conformity and approvals of type, use";
