The biospheric polygons created in parts of the territories of the national natural biospheric parks or attached to the national natural biospheric parks about day of entry into force of this Federal Law according to the procedure, established about day of entry into force of this Federal Law, remain in the established borders, are not subject to further expansion and their use is performed taking into account permissible anthropogenous load on the environment of the respective national natural biospheric parks and with observance of the mode of special protection of the territories of the specified biospheric polygons established by the regulations on the national natural biospheric parks approved by federal executive bodies under which authority the national natural biospheric parks, according to regulations of the Federal Law of March 14, 1995 No. 33-FZ "About especially protected natural territories" under edition are acting about day of entry into force of this Federal Law.
This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
