The single state information system of accounting of research, developmental and technological works of civil appointment (further - single state information system) is single state information system which is created for the purpose of ensuring management of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities, of planning, conducting examination, monitoring and assessment of research, developmental and technological works of civil appointment, forming of single approach to management of scientific research and experimental developments in all directions of development of science, technologies and civil equipment which are planned to carrying out and (or) are carried out with attraction of financial resources of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation, including by cost recovery from budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation.
