About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning issue to legal entities of the license for provision to banks of services in collection

According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of refining of requirements about procedure for issue to legal entities of the license of the National Bank of Ukraine of provision to banks of services in collection the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. In paragraph four of the subitem 1 of Item 3 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 2, 2022 "About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for issue to legal entities of the license for provision to banks of services in collection" the word and figures "Provision No. 30" to replace No. 111 with the word and figures "Provision No. 30".

2. Bring in Regulations on procedure for issue to legal entities of the license for the provision to banks of services in collection approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 24, 2015 No. 926 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2018 No. 150) (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the subitem 15 of Item 32-2 of the Section VI of the word "renderings of services to banks on collection in the way" shall be replaced with words "provisions to banks of services in collection otherwise";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 3 of Appendix of 1 word of "this petition or documents attached to it" "this statement or documents attached to it".
