About modification and amendments in the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 190 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998:

To add 2) with part 6.3 following of content:
"6.3. Pretrial investigation on cases on the crimes which are not provided by part 5.1 of this Article, made in case of partnership of persons holding autonomous positions in the Investigative Committee in connection with their official provision or them is conducted by investigators of bodies of homeland security.";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in part 8 of the word "6.1 and 6.2" "6.1, 6.2 and 6.3";
