About entering of amendment and changes into the Law "About Local Self-government"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 25, 2022
Article 1. No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further – the Law) to add part 5 of article 11 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with Item 3.2 of the following content:
"3. 2) program of medium-term expenses of community;".
Article 2. To state Item 5 of part 1 of article 18 of the Law in the following edition:
"5) approves the program of medium-term expenses, changes in the program of medium-term expenses offered by the head of community, the budget, the changes in the budget offered by the head of community and the annual statement about budget implementation;".
Article 3. To state part 2.2 of article 27 of the Law in the following edition:
"2.2. If the position of the deputy manager of community is vacant, in case of impossibility of performance the obligation on convocation and conducting meeting of the Council of Elders is assigned by the head of community of the service duties for up to one month to the secretary of the office of municipality. This period in the agenda of meeting of the Council of Elders cannot join drafts of the development program of community, the medium-term account program of community, the budget, the annual working plan, and also during the meeting of the Council of Elders the reports of the head of community provided by this Law cannot be submitted.".
Article 4. To state Item 1 of part 1 of article 38 of the Law in the following edition:
"Constitutes 1) and submits for approval of the Council of Elders of community the program of medium-term expenses, the offered changes in it, the budget statement, the offered changes in it and provides budget implementation about what represents to the Council of Elders of community quarter messages and annual accounts;".
