About cancellation of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation about visa-free trips of citizens of Ukraine and the Russian Federation and application of some international treaties of Ukraine with the Russian Federation

1. Terminate the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on visa-free trips of citizens of Ukraine and the Russian Federation made on January 16, 1997 in Moscow.
2. For the period before cancellation of the Agreement specified in Item 1 of this resolution according to article 6 of this Agreement to suspend articles 1 and 2 of the Agreement regarding possibility of citizens of the Russian Federation to drive, leave, follow en route, to stay and move on the territory of Ukraine without visas based on the documents specified in Items 2, of 3, of 4, of the 6 and 8 list of documents of citizens of the Russian Federation for the entrance, departure, stay and movement on the territory of Ukraine given in Appendix 1 to the Agreement.
