Article 1

Bring in Item 1 of article 27 of the Federal Law of July 11, 2001 No. 95-FZ "About political parties" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 29, Art. 2950; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7363; 2012, No. 15, Art. 1721; 2016, No. 11, Art. 1493; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4137) following changes:

The subitem "b" to state 1) in the following edition:

"b) inform the relevant authorized body on holding open actions (including congresses, conferences or general meetings on adoption of the charter and program of political party, introduction of changes in them and amendments, to election of the leading and control and auditing bodies of political party and its regional departments, promotion of candidates and on other elective offices in public authorities, bodies of the public power of the federal territories and local government bodies, reorganization and liquidations of political party and its regional departments) not later than one day before the day of the event in case of its carrying out within the settlement in which the authorized body is located, and not later than three days before the day of the event in case of its carrying out outside the respective settlement and to allow representatives of authorized bodies on the specified events held by political party its regional departments and other structural divisions;";
