About approval of Rules of creation and provision of the request for industrial design
According to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights to industrial designs" I ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of creation and provision of the request for industrial design (further - Rules) which are attached.
2. To submit to State department of intellectual property these Rules to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.
3. To State department of intellectual property to publish these Rules in the statement "Industrial property".
4. Declare invalid Gospatent's order of Ukraine "About approval of Rules of creation and provision of the request for patent grant of Ukraine on industrial design" of January 30, 1995 N 12, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 13, 1995 for N35/571.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of State department of intellectual property Paladiya M. V.
