For the purpose of preserving, effective and rational use of property of the medical and improving complex "Warm Keys", according to Article 222 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to transfer to Power plants open joint stock company to free temporary use for a period of 15 years with the right of the subsequent prolongation of the building and construction with the parcel of land of 5,0 of hectare of the medical and improving complex "Warm Keys", at the address: Chuy Region, Alamudunsky district, village, Which - Tash (identification codes: 7-01-09-0010-0019, 7-01-09-0010-0020, 7-01-09-0010-0021).

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the questions regulating procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease, economic maintaining, operational management, free temporary use" of September 24, 2021 No. 183 the following changes:

in Regulations on procedure for transfer of state-owned property to the economic maintaining, operational management, free temporary use approved by the above-stated resolution:
