About modification of appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995

Art. I. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 78-80, 572), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

Art. II. - To the government:

- change purpose of farmlands, cadastral number 5511103132, Ploshchad 1, of hectare, in the parcel of land for construction according to provisions of Article 71 of the Land code. The losses caused by data output of lands from category of lands of agricultural purpose are not compensated;

- provide in three-months time modification of cadastral documentation according to provisions of this law.
