Based on subitems 7.1. 40, 7.1.42–7.1.47 Items 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further – the Solution No. 130) and Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2022 No. 37 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and about approval of the inventories imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of implementation of measures, directed to increase in stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further if other is not determined, – the Solution No. 37) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Authorize on issue to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the conclusions about confirmation of purpose of imported goods concerning the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (further, if is not determined other, – EEU) for the purpose of implementation of measures, directed to increase in stability of economies of state members of EEU:

1.1. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Minsk Gorispolkom, regional executive committees – concerning the goods used for production and realization of food products, according to subitem 7.1.40 of Item 7 of the Solution No. 130, included in the list according to appendix No. 2 to the Decision No. 37;

1.2. Industry ministry, Minsk Gorispolkom, regional executive committees:

concerning the goods used for production of electronic products, according to subitem 7.1.42 of Item 7 of the Solution No. 130, included in the list according to appendix No. 4 to the Decision No. 37;
