About modification of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303

Make changes to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303 "About the termination of actions of the state supervision (control) and the state market supervision in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, of the Art. 1355), having stated it in the following edition:
"2. During the period of warlike situation to allow implementation of unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) in certain spheres, in particular, on prevention of uncontrollable increase in prices for goods which have the essential social importance is exclusive based on the decision of the central executive body which provides forming of state policy in the respective sphere:
in the presence of threat which has considerable negative impact on the rights, legitimate interests, life and health of the person, environment protection and safety of the state;
for the purpose of accomplishment of the international obligations of Ukraine.".
