Based on Item 2 of Article 75, No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 2 of article 86 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014
1. Determine that:
1.1. date and time of the notification on arrival of goods for customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Republic of Belarus (further - the notification) are fixed in information system of customs authority, except for the case specified in subitem 1.3 of this Item;
1.2. official of customs authority:
the fixed date and time of the notification are specified in empty seat of the first leaf of one of the documents determined in Item 1 of Article 88 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union;
the marks specified in the paragraph the second this subitem are put down on copy of the document which is subject to return to person who provided it and certified by print of personal number seal of the official of customs authority;
1.3. in case of defect of the information system caused by technical failure, violation in operation of means of communication (telecommunication networks and the global computer Internet) used by customs authority, electricity outage, the official of customs authority fixes date and time of the notification according to the procedure, specified in subitem 1.2 of this Item, with subsequent their entering into information system of customs authority after recovery of its working capacity;
