The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. In the paragraph the second Item 1 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" and other laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of system of functioning and appeal of public purchases" (2021, No. 32, the Art. 262) figures and the words "12 months from the date of publication of this Law" to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with figure and the words "6 months from the date of the termination or cancellation of action of legal regime of warlike situation".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
