Approve the Procedure for election of the representative of interests of the state-owned holding company on general meeting of corporate enterprise and provision to it orders concerning vote which is applied.

Procedure for election of the representative of interests of the state-owned holding company on general meeting of corporate enterprise and provision to it orders concerning vote

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of election of the representative of interests of the state-owned holding company on general meeting of corporate enterprise (further - general meeting), and also provision to it orders concerning vote at such meeting.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Economic code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About holding companies in Ukraine".

3. The representative of interests of the state-owned holding company on general meeting (further - the representative) is elected by the state-owned holding company together with body, authorized to manage state-owned property (further - the body is authorized).

4. The state-owned holding company submits in authorized body proposals for election of the representative at least from two applicants.
