ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About recognition voided separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Recognize invalid:

a) Item 2 (3) orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 5, 2015 No. 102 "About restrictions and conditions of the admission of separate types of the medical products coming from foreign states for the purposes of implementation of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 6, the Art. 979);

b) item 4 of changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 5, 2015 No. 102, No. 102 and recognition approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 28, 2021 No. 76 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 5, 2015 voided separate acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 5, the Art. 857);

c) Item of 3 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 5, 2015 No. 102, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 24, 2021 No. 2014 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 5, 2015 No. 102" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 48, the Art. 8090).

2. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2022 and is not applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases and invitations to take part in which are sent about day of entry into force of this resolution, including to contracts, information on which is included in the register of the contracts signed by customers about day of entry into force of this resolution.
