About additional measures for targeted support of the segments of the population needing social protection

For the purpose of the state targeted support of the segments of the population needing social protection, including needy families with children, increase in level of their material wealth, ensuring protection of interests of representatives of the senior generation, and also consecutive continuation of actions in the spirit of humanity, generosity and mercy:

1. Give one-time financial support to the following segments of the population needing social protection at the expense of means of the Government budget:

a) to receivers of pension and benefit on age, pension and disability benefits, benefits of the disabled person since the childhood, to each member of the family of the receiver of pension and benefit on the occasion of loss of the supporter, and also to receivers of attendance allowance for the handicapped child aged up to 18 years needing foreign leaving:

in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas - on 300 thousand sum;

in the city of Tashkent - on 400 thousand sum.

To receivers of the pensions at the expense of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan granted by other bodies, one-time financial support appears the relevant ministries and departments on conditions and in the sizes provided by the subitem "an" of this Item;

b) to the families receiving financial support as needy, and also each child up to 18 years from the families receiving children's benefit as needy, appointed by means of the information system "Unified Register of Social Protection", - on 200 thousand sum.

To persons having the right to one-time financial support on several categories, one-time financial support is paid on each category.

2. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent, the Central bank and commercial banks in two weeks complete payment of the payments of one-time financial support determined by this resolution.
