1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of construction, the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance and State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent about creation of modern business centers in areas and the cities of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas of the republic and the city of Tashkent in the Business city format (further - the centers "Business city").

2. Determine that:

the decision on creation of the centers "Business city" in areas and the cities is accepted by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent after approval of their concepts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

in the presence in the territory planned for creation of the centers "Business city", the parcels of land of agricultural purpose during entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of their concepts into Government commission on consideration of questions of change of categories of land fund of lands of agricultural purpose and forest fund the question of change of category of land fund of these parcels of land is also brought;

for accomplishment of functions of the customer, coordination and control of construction of facilities in the territory of the centers "Business city" under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent the Directorate of construction and operation of objects in the territory of the centers "Business city" in the form of the state unitary enterprise is created (further - Directorate);
