About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 2021 No. 19
Based on Item 8 of the Regulations on functioning of system of traceability of goods approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2020 No. 496, of subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 2021 No. 19 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2020 No. 496" the following changes:
in Item 1:
add subitem 1.1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"country code from which territory goods are imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus ***;";
in the paragraph the twenty fourth subitem 1.3 "goods ***" to replace the word with the word "goods ****";
add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"country code from which territory goods are imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus ***.";
"***" to this appendix to state the interlinear note in the following edition:
"*** Concerning the goods made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus the code of the Republic of Belarus is specified.";
add appendix with the interlinear note "****" the following content:
