1. Approve the Procedure for provision of privileges, compensations and guarantees to employees of budgetary institutions, the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure which is applied.
2. To the ministry of transport, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration, the Ministry of Finance, the State committee on questions of housing and communal services, the State committee of statistics to develop standard rates of journey for employees of budgetary institutions, the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure all types of urban passenger transportation (except for taxi), road transport public in the rural zone, and also railway and water transport of the suburban message and buses of suburban routes in which borders privileges of rather non-paid journey to the corresponding categories of citizens will be provided.
