About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

The Federal Law of May 31, 1996 No. 61-FZ "About defense" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 23, the Art. 2750) to add with Article 26.1 of the following content:

"Article 26.1. Ensuring carrying out by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies of counter-terrorist and other operations outside the territory of the Russian Federation

1. For the purpose of ensuring carrying out by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies of counter-terrorist and other operations outside the territory of the Russian Federation with the Government of the Russian Federation can make the decisions on introduction of special measures in the field of economy including providing:

1) holding the actions performed by federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies and the organizations, procedure for their financing and material logistics;

2) temporary raskonservirovaniye of mobilization capacities and objects;

3) razbronirovaniye of material values of the state reserve;

4) establishment of features of legal regulation of employment relationships in the separate organizations, their structural divisions and on separate production facilities, including establishment of procedure and conditions of attraction to work outside duration of working hours, at night, output and non-working holidays, provisions of annual paid leaves.

2. For the purpose of implementation of decisions on introduction of special measures in the field of economy the Government of the Russian Federation and federal executive bodies within the powers based on the legislation of the Russian Federation adopt regulatory legal acts and will organize their execution.
