Article 1

Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2009, No. 7, Art. 777; No. 30, Art. 3739; 2011, No. 7, Art. 905; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4044, 4082; 2016, No. 11, Art. 1491; No. 27, Art. 4183; 2019, No. 51, Art. 7496; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2020) following changes:

1) in paragraph one of part 10.1 of Article 15.29 of the word "Pension Fund of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation";

2) in Article 15.33:

a) in the name of the word of "Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation";
