About approval of the Regulations on the state architectural construction supervision

According to the Law of Ukraine "About fundamentals of town-planning" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the state architectural construction supervision which are applied.

2. To the ministry of cases of construction and architecture till July 1, 1993 to develop and approve:

Procedure for certification of inspectors of bodies of the state architectural construction supervision;

Regulations on procedure for provision of permissions to performance of works on construction, reconstruction, restoration and capital repairs;

Standard regulations on self-supporting divisions under inspectorates of the state architectural construction supervision and the recommendation concerning quotations (rates) for works (services) which are issued by these divisions.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of USSR of April 27, 1961 N569 "About Strengthening of the State Architectural Construction Supervision behind Construction in the Ukrainian SSR" (ZP USSR, 1961, Art. N 4, 63);

Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of USSR of January 8, 1969 N7 "About recognition by USSR which voided decisions of the Government in connection with the resolution of Council of Ministers of USSR of April 12, 1968 N181 "About Regulations on the State Committee of Council of Ministers of USSR for Construction (the State Committee for Construction of USSR), and also Structure of Its Central Office" (ZP USSR, 1969, Art. N 1, 6).
