About modification of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" concerning settlement of single questions of educational activities in the conditions of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About complete general secondary education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 31, of Art. 226 with subsequent changes) to add the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. During action of the warlike situation imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine":

1) action of provisions stops:

parts three of article 10 of this Law;

part two and the fifth article 12 of this Law of rather maximum number of pupils in class (fullness of class) of the public, utility institution of education, except education in internal (day) or evening form;

2) duration of academic year, date of its beginning and/or the termination are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

The founder of the public or utility institution of general secondary education or the body (official) authorized by it has the right to extend 3) without carrying out tender, effective period of the terminal employment contract (contract) signed with the head of the relevant organization of general secondary education, but no more than for six months from the date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. In a month from the date of entry into force of this Law to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
