About modification of Rules of work of banks in connection with introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation
According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", to No. 2102-IX approved by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", for the purpose of minimization of negative impact of effects of military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and assistance of banking system stability of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. The rules of work of banks in connection with introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 25, 2022 No. 23 (with changes), after Item 2-3 to add with new Item 2-4 of the following content:
"2-4. Banks have the right till September 30, 2022 (inclusive) not to apply the requirement of the subitem 2 of Item 132 of the Section XI, the subitem 2 of Item 132-1 of the Section XI-1 of the Provision No. 351.".
2. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Natalya Ivanenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
