About the state support of industries of agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tajikistan

This Law determines organizational, legal and economic basis of the state support of industries of agro-industrial complex and is directed to its regulation and steady management.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) agro-industrial complex - set of the industries of economy including production, procurement, storage, transportation, conversion and realization of agricultural products, and also the production and servicing infrastructures, scientific providing, preparation and retraining of personnel;
2) subjects of agro-industrial complex - the physical persons and legal entities performing activities in industries of agro-industrial complex;
3) agricultural products - products, including products of primary conversion of industries of crop production, livestock production, poultry farming, fish breeding, beekeeping, gardening and wine growing;
4) producers of agricultural products - the physical persons and legal entities occupied with production of agricultural products, its primary or industrial conversion provided that the share of the income from realization of the specified products constitutes at least 70 percent in total income for calendar year;
5) users of subsidy - physical persons and legal entities, irrespective of patterns of ownership, performing the activities in industries of agro-industrial complex in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
