About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About veterinary science"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About veterinary science" of December 29, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 833; 2012, No. 7, Art. 704; 2016, No. 11, Art. 880) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- in the paragraph the fifty second shall be replaced with words the words "animals economic" "farm animals";

- fifty third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-domestic nonagricultural animals are the animals who are not concerning agricultural production (except for the animals prohibited to content), containing for the purpose of product receipt and issue, satisfaction of emotional and esthetic requirements;";

- add with paragraphs the fifty fourth, the fifty fifth, fifty sixth and fifty seventh the following content:

"-unproductive animals are animals whose content and cultivation is not directed to production of agricultural, food, pharmaceutical products and products of other industries;

- neglected animals are domestic or wild animals who are out of the place of content, and behind whom control from the owner is lost, or the owner of which is unknown, or from the property right on which the owner refused;

- animal abuse - intentional actions which brought or can lead to death, animal mutilation: torture of animal hunger, thirst, beating, other violent acts, and also abuse of regulations and conditions of keeping or leaving by the responsible person of animal without care which attract death or mutilation of animals;
