About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About foreign trade activity"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About foreign trade activity" of July 3, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 7, Art. 696; 2015, Art. No. 7-9, 703) following changes and amendments:

1. In preamble the word "regulates" to replace with the word "determines".

2. In Article 5:

- to add the name of Article after the word "principles" with the words "and methods";

- to consider the text of Article part 1 and to number;

- add with part 2 following of content:

"2. State regulation of foreign trade activity is performed by the following methods:

- customs and tariff and non-tariff regulation;

- establishment of prohibitions and restrictions on separate types of goods and services;

- application of the measures of economic and administrative nature provided by this Law, promoting development of foreign trade activity.".

3. Add Article 8 with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"-establishment of export quotas and (or) import of separate types of goods;".

4. In Article 24:

- add with part 4 following of content:

"4. The decision on refusal in issue of the import permit, export or transit of goods can be appealed in higher body or in court.";

- consider part 4 part 5.

Article 2. Enact this Law officially after its publication.
