About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About natural monopolies"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About natural monopolies" of March 5, 2007 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, Art. 168; 2008, No. 10, Art. 814; 2013, No. 12, Art. 899; 2015, No. 11, Art. 977; 2017, Art. No. 7-9, 579) the following changes and amendments:

1. The second Article 4 to state part in the following edition:

"The concepts "goods", "goods market", "business entity" and "group of persons" are applied in this Law in the values specified in article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About protection of the competition"".

2. In Article 6 part two:

- to add the text and the paragraph of the sixth after the word "qualities" with the words "and safety";

- add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-control of use of government subsidies and other measures of the state support;".

3. The second articles 8 after the words "in printing editions" to add part with the words "and to post on the website".

4. Add Article 18 with parts four and heel of the following content:

"Subjects of natural monopolies publish with observance of the requirements about not disclosure of the data containing secret, protected by the law, information on the activities in mass media, including on the Internet.

The information access about activities of subjects of natural monopolies includes the following data:

- about the prices (rates) for goods (works, services) subjects of natural monopolies to which state regulation is applied;
