About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating questions of management of state-owned property

"2-1. Determine that separate functions of Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning JSC National Holding Company Naslediye Velikikh Kochevnikov will be performed by the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, namely:
- implementation of powers of the founder, shareholder;
- organization of selection, promotion and election of members of governing bodies;
- implementation of measures for corporate management;
- monitoring and analysis of financial and economic activities;
- accounting of the dividends which are due on the state share in the authorized capital, control and measures for ensuring their timely payment in the republican budget.".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of selection and promotion by state bodies of candidates for positions of members of governing bodies of economic societies with the state share" of May 27, 2020 No. 274 the following change:
- add with Items 1-2 and 1-3 of the following content:
"1-2. Operation of this resolution does not extend to open joint stock company "National holding company "Heritage of Great Nomads".
