Add the Regulations on features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, annual amount of such purchases and procedure of payments of the specified amount approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "About features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 51, the Art. 7438), Item 20 (1) the following content:

"20(1). For implementation of the purchases provided by the subitem "b" of item 4 of this provision, the customer has the right to establish method of non-competitive purchase which procedure for carrying out provides the following in regulations on purchase:

b) the price of the agreement signed using such method of purchase shall not exceed 20 million rubles;

c) placement by the procurement participant from among subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship on electronic platform of the preliminary offer on delivery of goods, performance of work, rendering service;

d) placement by the customer on electronic platform of information on the purchased goods, work, service, requirements to such goods, work, service, the procurement participant from among subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship;
