About the main pipeline transport
This Law determines legal, economic and organizational basis of regulation of the relations in the field of the main pipeline transport used for transportation of liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons (further if other is not determined, - products), and is aimed at providing effective, reliable and safe operation of trunk gas pipelines, oil pipelines and oil pipelines.
For the purposes of this Law the following terms and their determinations are used:
commissioning of object of the bulk distribution line - the event which is documentary drawn up by the owner of the bulk distribution line fixing the beginning of use of object of the bulk distribution line to destination;
conclusion from operation of object of the bulk distribution line - the event which is documentary drawn up by the owner of the bulk distribution line fixing the temporary or permanent termination of operation of object of the bulk distribution line;
preservation of object of the bulk distribution line or its part (further - preservation) - accomplishment of complex of actions for ensuring preserving object of the bulk distribution line or its part in operating technical condition during the period of the temporary termination of its operation;
