About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property" of October 9, 2019 No. 535

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property" of October 9, 2019 No. 535 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property, approved by the specified resolution:

b) five years - the parcels of land which are in use of the state land users for construction of power stations with use of renewable energy resources (further - RES);

c) fifteen years - the parcels of land which are in use of the state land users for designing, constructions of buildings, constructions aimed at the development of railway industry, and their operation;
