About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 1190
Based on the paragraph of third subitem 17.1 of Item 17 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2013 "About some questions of enhancement of the organization of execution of court decrees and other executive documents" and parts five of article 120 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 No. 439-Z "About enforcement proceeding" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 530
1. Bring in Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for use of the forced collection approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 1190, the following changes:
in part one:
the fourth after the word "further" to add the paragraph with words ", unless otherwise specified,";
the fourteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"financing of the seminars, conferences, tenders and other actions connected with activities of the Ministry of Justice and territorial authorities of forced execution including international, and also participations in such actions;";
the nineteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"monetary compensation of expenses on hiring of premises to employees of the Ministry of Justice and territorial authorities of forced execution according to the procedure, the sizes and on the conditions established by the Minister of Justice;";
after part two to add Item with part of the following content:
"In addition to the purposes specified in parts one and the second this Item, forced collection can be used by the Ministry of Justice on acquisition of premises for their subsequent provision as rent housing.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
