For the purpose of providing social guarantees to separate categories of the citizens of the Russian Federation living in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol I decide:

1. Determine that the right to providing with premises is had constantly living in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol:

a) the citizens of the Russian Federation serving in law enforcement agencies of Ukraine in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, dismissed from service with pension entitlement and staying on the registry as persons in need in premises on the duty station till March 18, 2014 (except for the citizens of the Russian Federation called in the subitem "an" of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 22, 2018 No. 116 "About ensuring with premises separate categories of the citizens of the Russian Federation living in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol");

b) citizens of the Russian Federation are members of families of the citizens called in the subitem "an" of this Item;

c) citizens of the Russian Federation are members of families (including widows (widowers) who did not enter repeated scrap) the died (dead) during service or the died (dead) after dismissal from service of the citizens called in the subitem "an" of this Item, consisting for date of their death (death) on accounting as persons in need in premises.

2. Determine that providing with premises the citizens called in Item 1 of this Decree is performed by executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol at the expense of the means of the federal budget provided to budgets of these subjects of the Russian Federation in the form of subventions, procedure for distribution and which provisions it is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. The procedure for providing with premises according to this Decree is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
