About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 1998 No. 1450

In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 25, 2022 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 120

1. Bring in the Rules of the conclusion and execution of construction contracts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 1998 No. 1450, the following changes:

1.1. to state the paragraph of the sixth part one of Item 19 in the following edition:

"the delivery schedule of material resources, except for processing equipment *, the contractor if the agreement provides that delivery of material resources is performed by the contractor;

* For the purposes of these rules the term "processing equipment" is understood in the value determined in the interlinear note to part one of subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2014 No. 26 "About measures for enhancement of construction activities".";

1.2. in Item 39 part one:

after words "material resources" to add part with words ", except for processing equipment,";

add part with the offer of the following content: "Procurement of processing equipment is conducted by the customer with transfer to his contractor according to the delivery schedule of material resources which is integral part of the agreement.".

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 30, 2022.
