About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, Art. 5082; 2021, No. 9, Art. 1467) following changes:

Part 1 of Article 5 to add 1) with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6. 1) mobile group - group of officials of the customs authorities allocated according to article 261 of this Federal Law the right to stop automotive vehicles in the territory of the Russian Federation and the international treaties and acts authorized on check of observance in the field of customs regulation and (or) the legislation of the Russian Federation for the purpose of implementation of the functions assigned to customs authorities;";

2) in Article 94:

a) add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The goods withdrawn according to the procedure, determined by part 18 of article 261 of this Federal Law, customs authorities place on storage in rooms and (or) on the open areas which are in ownership and (or) in use of customs authorities and intended for storage of automotive vehicles and (or) goods and carrying out concerning their customs control and in warehouses of temporary storage, the next to the place of stop of the automotive vehicle.";

b) to add part 2 after the words "for storage of goods" with the words "in the cases specified regarding 1 this Article";

c) add with part 2.1 following of content:
