Article 27.10 to add 1) with part 14 of the following content:
"14. The wood and (or) products received from it in the form of the raw forest products withdrawn in case of production on cases on administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 8.28 of this Code are transferred according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation, for storage, realization, utilization or destruction. The procedure and storage conditions, realization, utilizations or destructions such wood and (or) products received from it in the form of the raw forest products are established by the Government of the Russian Federation. Samples specified wood and (or) products received from it in the form of the raw forest products are stored to the introduction in legal force of the resolution on the case of administrative offense.";
Part 1 of Article 27.11 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:
"the wood and (or) products received from it in the form of the raw forest products withdrawn in case of production on cases on administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 8.28 of this Code are transferred for storage, realization, utilization or destruction.".
This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
