attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from ten thousand to fifteen thousand rubles; on officials - from thirty thousand to eighty thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of one year up to two years; on legal entities - from hundred thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.
2. Repeated making of the administrative offense provided by part of 1 this Article, expressed in unauthorized connection to power networks, thermal networks or in unauthorized (non-accounting) use of electrical, heat energy, oil, gas or oil products -
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on officials - from eighty thousand to two hundred thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of two up to three years; on legal entities - from two hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles.
3. Repeated making of the administrative offense provided by part of 1 this Article, expressed in unauthorized connection to oil pipelines, oil pipelines, gas pipelines -
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on legal entities at the rate from three hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.".
