Bring in the Procedure for creation, maintaining and access to data of the Single information database on internally displaced persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 2016 No. 646 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 77, Art. 2566; 2021, No. 23, Art. 1074), following changes:
add Item 9 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Gosstat by electronic information exchange with observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of statistics and information security has the right obtain the depersonalized data which contain in the database.";
Item 12 paragraph two after the words "Ministries of Questions of Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons" to add with the word", Gosstat".
