"7.1. The decision on opening of day-care center and on the mode of stay of children in it is accepted by the educational organization realizing educational programs of the primary general, main general and secondary general education, taking into account opinion of parents (legal representatives) of students according to the procedure, determined by the charter of the educational organization. In day-care center supervision and care of children, their education and preparation for studies are performed, and also sports and improving and cultural events can be held.".
