"10. Persons specified in paragraph one of Item 1 of this Article on reaching them age of 18 years or in case of acquisition of full legal capacity by them before attainment of majority before the actual provision of well-planned premises of specialized housing stock by it according to employment contracts of specialized premises or to their exception of the list on the bases, stipulated in Item 3.1 these Articles, and also persons specified in Item 9 of this Article according to their statement are registered at the place of residence to the address of local administration or territorial authority of local administration (in case of its availability) the municipality in the territory of which they live, in the subject of the Russian Federation where they are included in the list, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
