Bring in the Federal Law of July 22, 2008 No. 123-FZ "The technical regulation about requirements of fire safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 30, Art. 3579; 2012, No. 29, Art. 3997; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3366; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4360; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4234; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4793; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8464) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) regarding 1 word "general" shall be replaced with words "minimum necessary";

b) add with part 6 of the following content:

"6. Concerning fire safety and fire extinguishing devices of the requirement of fire safety are established by the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About requirements to fire safety and fire extinguishing devices" (TR EEU 043/2017).";

2) in Article 2:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:
