1. Make to the section IV of the Instruction about procedure for currency supervision of banks of observance by residents of deadlines of calculations for transactions on export and commodity import approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 7 (with changes), the following changes:

The first offer of the paragraph of the fourth Item 14 after words "digital signature" to add 1) with words "/the advanced digital signature";

Item 25 to add 2) with the new subitem of the following content:

"8) emergence of force majeur circumstances (force majeure circumstances) on transaction of resident on export, commodity import.".
